Can I cancel the Individual plan at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime from your settings page. You retain access through the end of your billing period.

Is the Retaker Sprint a subscription?

No. The Retaker Sprint is a one-time payment of $49. It includes the 28-day recovery protocol and full Individual plan access for 45 days.

How does the Department plan work?

One administrator (DEPT_HEAD) account manages up to 20 teacher accounts. The department dashboard shows FERPA-safe aggregate data only — no individual scores visible to peers.

Does the Free tier require a credit card?
